$1 Shirts at Walmart

I stopped at Walmart after church to cash in my $4/1 Wholly Guacamole coupons and noticed that they had four racks of women's clothes on clearance for $1.  The racks were in the main isle next to the clothing section.  So, if you plan on stopping at Walmart you may want to check it out!
