Homemade Biscuit Pizza

We love to make pizza!  It is always a hit and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  We have tried different kinds of dough (tortillas, risen dough, canned dough and Grands biscuits) and found that Grands biscuits make the best pizza.  Besides biscuits tasting the best it is the easiest and quickest. 

We make our own tomato sauce and use Mexican 4 cheese blend in addition to our toppings.  Our favorite toppings are pepperoni and bacon/tomato. 

Here is how we make our pizzas:

Flatten each biscuit by hand.  Press down on the biscuit and spreading the dough outward until you reach the size you like.  If you want a larger pizza you can combine several biscuits together.

Place the biscuits on your baking surface.  Spread tomato sauce on each biscuit, put your toppings of choice on the sauce and top with shredded cheese. 

Bake these according to the biscuit baking directions.
